Remote Sonicwall VPN Admin

I have a couple of Sonicwall Pro’s on different networks with VPN working. We use manual key’s They work fine however if I connect to the sonicwall from my office through the VPN and try to make a new security policy the new policy will not work. Has any one un into this problem?
