Remove Disk from RAID-5

I have a 4 disk RAID-5 setup that has a faulty drive in it. It says “Healthy(With Errors)” but none of the errors come up during boot or during chkdsk. What I want to do, if possible, is take the drive out of the RAID-5 configuration with no loss of data. Can this be done? If so, how? Thanks, Jeremy
