Remove existing problems Windows NT 4.0

Hi, I’m hoping someone might be able to help me out with some information for an assignment I am currently completing…..The question is….How can migrating from Windows NT 4.0 to Windows 2000 remove existing problems, if any, with internal organisation email (sending and receiving), frequent hard disk drive storage problems with Windows NT 4.0 and occasional security breaches with Win NT 4.0. Could someone please give me some guidance, especially with the ‘problems with internal organisation email (sending and receiving).
