Remove Games from W2000 Pro

I have a client that wants the games removed from a specific users Windows 2000 Pro install. I did the delete of sol.exe and the others, but they come right back. Must be a W2K system file watcher feature. Anyway I looked in Technet and found Q314614 outlining the removal from Add Remove Programs. This is an OEM install of W2K and there is no option for “Subcomponents of Accessories and Utilities” under Add/Remove Windows Components.

I have looked on other W2K Pro machines and have the same result. What am I missing?
