Removeabledrives aren’t working for me

I have a classroom with 19 workstations. We need to teach Linux and multiple Windows Courses. In each class the students need to install the OS on the computer they use. In a week 8 different classes need to meet in this classroom. 8 sets of hard drives is unmanageable. I need suggestions of other ways of accomodating all of these classes. Thanks
