Removing Dialup Networking Password

I would like to remove the Access Password from Dialup Networking. This is the password that allows you access the machine when dialing into it. (I really I would just like to change it). I have seen references to something called the Password List Editor, but cannot seem to find how to access it.

Any suggestions ??
