Removing Help from Start Menu

How do I remove the Help choice from the start menu? I have W2K Pro workstations with a Win NT 4.0 Server.

I am using NT policy editor (Ntconfig.pol) to control other settings but I do not see a setting for the “Help” choice.

My users are accessing games by starting “Help” and searching for help on Windows games.

If I could remove the “My Documents” choice from the start menu this would also be helpful.
