Removing w2000 and loading w98se on dell

dell dimension 4100 series is what my customer just received from Dell w/ windows 2000 pro installed on it. Wondering what needs to be done in order to put windows 98 second edition on this system. Not sure if it has the FAT or NTFS file format. Anyinfo would be great.
