Renaming Network Printer

I work in a mixed environment of Netware 5 servers and any flavor of Windows clients. We have just recently gotten our first PC’s with XP preloaded. I need to replace a printer, and have the clients use the new printer with the exact same name as the old printer because of reports from MS Access.

I have been unable to find out how to rename network printers in XP. The option does not appear when you right-click for properties. So how do I get there from here?
