Repairing a Virtual PC 6 Corrupt Disk Image

by techrepublic . Updated 21 years, 1 month ago

We had a crash on Virtual PC for the Mac (v6) and now the disk
image (.vhdp) appears to be corrupt. We try to mount it using
the virtual PC setting option and it fails. If we try to start up
from the VPC it fails in Windows with a ‘fatal error’

Does anyone know of any other way to mount this disk image or
to repair the corrputed image? DU does not recognise it.
