Replace Compaq Screen

I’ve got a Compaq Evo N800, and TFT screen is damaged, we also have a second one which the motherboard is shoot, (not worth fixing!!) how can i swap the Screen’s on these, or would it be easier to swap motherboards??

Any advice??
