Replace of the system Time Icon?

I’m designing a time software.How can I place my own icon into the systemTray to replace the system time icon?If can’t, How can I prevent people to change sys-time?I had ever seen such softwares which shown in the sys-time place to replace the original sys-time,when the software ends,the original sys-time will recover.
