replaced mother board on xp machine

on a machine runninmg xp pro, the system board failed and replaced with
different one.
how can i recover the xp so it will run on this new board and would not need to reinstall xp and all other applications and data.
right now the pc keeps rebouting it salfe and the same in safe mode.
