Replacing a BDC.

I am looking for the best procedure in replacing a BDC ( NT 4.0 ) machine with a new one. I need to keep the same SID on the new box and also copy data to the new machine without losing the security data pertaining to each object. Exactly I am replacing Compaq Proliant 800 machines with Compaq ML350’s.These remote servers act as Lotus notes mail servers and file & print servers. They have there own tape backup. I have 16 of these guys to do. Thanks.
