Replacing a RAID HDD

I have a client that has a 3 HDD RAID 5 system (0, 1, 2). The HDD #2 failed and was replaced but it is not part of the other two yet. The O.S. can see the first 2 as one drive but the third is separate and can not be accessed. I am new to recovering a RAID HDD.
