Replicated PDC

I am setting up a replicated domain in a lab to test a Windows 2000 Active Directory migration. I’ve loaded a PDC with all the same configuration settings as my true PDC. I’m looking for a way to copy the user accounts and DNS information from my real PDC and load the info into my lab PDC. WINS and DHCP both provide a way to back up thier information, but I can’t find that with DNS or user accounts.
