Replication

I want to replicate the files of my PDC to my BDC. I partitioned both the HDD of my PDC & BDC into 4(C,D,E & F).
My question is
1.How can i replicate the files of my PDC which is on drive E: to my BDC?
2.Does replication overwrites my existing files on my BDC when I do the replication?
