reporting tools

I would like to know the available reporting tools for web publishing. Data is residing on Oracle. Servers used are TOMCAT/APACHE. presentation layer are HTML and JSP. we are currenlty exploring 2 options
1. Crystal reports
2. XML
Is there any 3rd party tool which will seamlessly merge with the technology we have employed. send in the suggestion/tool names/website reference
