Requirements Gathering tools

Hi!
We had a salesperson from QSS come in Today and talk a little about DOORS. We’re also looking at Rational RequisitePro. What’s the best tool? Are either of these lacking features I’ll miss later? Does DOORS require a separate configuration change management tool?
