Reservation Software Source needed

We are currently upgrading a scheduling and appointment software. We need some progam that can do seat reversation or hotel room and car reservation system. Is there any one who can license part of the source code that can do all of the above? Please contact me via email chu_yc@fka.att.ne.jp
