Restart a service from a batch file

I have a problem with a certain program that will stop during printing invoices. If you restart the service it will continue to print, and be ok. I have exausted every effort for troubleshooting, and now i would like some info on how to write a batch file that this person can run from their local machine to restart this service on the server. 400 points to ther person that sends me a file that works
