restart ? shutdown ?

hi there
can you tell me , in vb 6.0 … how can add an option to restart Windows and to shutdown windows 98 or ME !

i tried all books, but no mention . i need this for my schoool project . our teacher does not want to tell. who knowif the teacher also knows ! well anyways m plz help me .!!
