Restore Backup to a Bigger Hard Drive

I have Back office on a Server which has its Hard Drive almost full, I want to format a new drive with a larger partition and use this as a Primary Partition. Is is possible to run a complte backup of the whole drive and restore completly to the newdrive or I restore certain specifics. Now my question is How do I move my User database etc and more importantly, Ms Exchange to the New bigger drive?????
