Restore changed cd drive letter

While restoring win 95 the cd drive (D ) was changed to (Y ) how do I go about changing it back.I believe there’s a way in Dos but don’t know it.Is it msconfig?and or what do I type in.E-mail is Nomadss@trivergent .net
