Restore from Arcserv 6.61 on win2000

Hi,
My Arcserv 6.61 installed on win2000 pro.
When i try to restore by session it’s
allows only to collapse until the drive’s
and not let me see the folders or files
so there is no option to restore particular
file or folder.i have the same installation
on NT 4 and there is no problem on that machine also i tried to merge the cassette and scan it and it did not help
