Restore my PC

I have Windows 98 Second Edition In Windows
1) I Start Windows and it Cannot run it stop at DOS black screen.
2) I boot in to safe mode and I get massage. again black screen. “win\vm322\vmouse.vxd”
Can fine or it ban delete, it go on with this configmg, vwin32.vxd, vfbackup.vxd and
follow on with auond morn 25 item, if I go on it power off.
3) can not get in Windows 98 Second Edition, use the System File Checker tool. :

OK, I would like instructions on the this restore Troubleshooting my PC.?
