Restore User & Computer Accts to in 2003

I have a Windows Server 2003 system with AD and all of the User and Computer Accounts were accidentally deleted earlier today. I have a complete backup from last night. Does anyone know that proper way to restore JUST the Computer and User accounts, without overwriting other AD items?
