Restoring DataBase on SQL 7.0

Hi, I have taken DB backups of my SQL 7.0 DB Server into file as “proj1.dmp” of SQL7.0, nw how do I retore it ? I tried but it says that a vaild copy is running. We also have Oracle 8i, I have dmp of other Databases also, how do I retore them ? How do I install Oracle Management Server ?
