Restoring Exchange data one another serv

Hi,

I have setup a second exchange server (different computername and but same site and organisation).
I want to restore the backupdata off the first exchangeserver on the second exchangeserver.
After that’s done I want to move the users to the new exchange server.

What are my options and what steps should be taken to achieve this.
