Restoring just the SAM

Status: Lost PDC and BDC in one day due to hardware failures. The PDC server is backed up by veritas 8.0 on NFT tape IV. I installed new hardware and want to just restore the users, groups, and permissions from NT 4.0 sp5 backup.

The hardware is different than that of the old server.

What do I do? Please be specific (your writing for a person whom didn’t listen to all the warning signs that his raid drives were failing).
