Restrict Drive Space

I have a home computer running Windows XP Pro. Al of my family members have a separate logon to this computer…. Is there a way to restrict how much drive space can be used by individual user ?? I have a couple of kids that like to load music, and games, and pictures, and they continue to eat uip drive space.
