Restrict users from multiple logons

I have users that give out their logons and passwords to temp workers and guests. I would like to restrict the user accounts to prevent more than one log on at a time onto the network. Does anyone know how to do this?

I can’t restrict user’s toa specific machine because they need to be able to go to other computers.
