‘restricted’ proxy server 2.0

i have two proxy servers, unrestricted and restricted. i have users who had access to a site http://www.xyz.com thru the restricted proxy. the site is now forwarded to https://web.xyznet.com/xyznet/login.html. the restricted proxy users cannot get thru. i have placed the full ‘new’ url in the domain filters list. what else needs to be done
