Restricting Access to CD-ROM Drive for Specific Users on XP SP2

Hi pple,
I have kids who want to play games on my home machine, they have “Restricted User” permissions so they cant install them, Problem is they can still play some (mostly old) games like Gobman,Galacta etc.
I dont want them to be able to access the CD-ROM Drive and the Floppy Drive(yes, they also use floppy disks) when they are logged in using that account.
How do i achieve my goal?
