Restricting Speed…

As a “web architect” I need a good connection to the outside world. Cable suits me fine and with an unrestricted bandwidth the net is brilliant. BUT I’d love to be able to see my work the way most of the world see it – at 40kbps.

I do the caluclations on my head and use dreamweavers timer thingy but nothing beats being able to see how it comes down on good ol’ dial-up.

Search as I may I can’t find any product that will SLOW DOWN my connection.

Before anyone says “Well just use Dial-up!” my office doesn’t have a phone line.
