Restricting user access to a system

In our office,W2K Professional is installed in all systems and connected under a network.In my absence, it is possible for anyone to logon with their login IDs into my system and see all my files. Is there anyway to restrict other users of local group from logging in to my system(except local administrator,domain controllers)?
