Retire/replace NT Server

I purchased a new server for our 12-user network and set it up as a BDC, synchronized the domain, copied over the old server’s files, then used permcopy.exe from the Resource Kit to get the old permissions back. I’m just wondering how to get the new server configured for all the devices such as printers, member servers, and the CD Tower. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
