Reverse effects of System Policy

I need to reverse the effects of a System Policy. This test policy I made did the following to a user I specified:

Hid Network Neighborhood icon
Restricted Display (every option)
Desktop Wallpaper and Specified Scheme
Disabled Regedistry Editing Tools

I deleted the User Policy, thinking this would reverse the changes, but it didnt do it. I made a new User Policy without specifying anything, but it gets ignored.
I am not sure if deleting the profile well fix it, but I well only do that as last resort.
