Right-Click Menu Manipulation

Is there a way to reorganize a right-click menu’s options? I have an application option that pre-installed to the middle of a right-click menu that I’d like to move to the bottom.

System is Windows 2000 Professional.

Specifically, this optionis for Internet Explorer. I’ve found a registry key for some of the options (HKU\\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt\) but I’d like to move this particular option below the Properties option that defaults to the bottom of the right-click menu, not just below these options (I’m a lazy right-clicker).
