RIP to my CDROM?

Hello,
I have this problem with my CDROM not loading. IVe checked the the device manager and the driver seems to be working perfectly. When i insert the CD it dosent even spin and load up. When i go to explore my D: or Q: it keeps tellin me its not ready. Need Help : NOVICE USER
