Roaming email accounts on Windows 95 wit

Is it possible to setup roaming email accounts on Windows 95 machine. At the moment I have to manually configure each machine with multiple email profiles and setup Outlook to prompt to select a profile when the user opens Outlook. I’ve setup roaming profiles but this does not seem to work as the configuration of the Exchange client in Control Panel requires a specifie user to be specified.
