Roaming Profile not working

Most of my users use a roaming profile on Win2K Pcs. They work fine. I have a user though that it was working and all of a sudden it stop working and now it is giving a message that it can’t create the roaming profile and she will be logged on with a temporary profile. I’ve removed her from active directory and readded her, but that didn’t do anything. How do I get this to work again.
