Roaming Profiles

We currently have Roaming profiles set up for all of our users. Is there any way to stop a Roaming profile from being downloaded to a paticular workstation when a user logs on to that paticular workstation if the user is setup to use Roaming profiles.

We do want the profile to be downloaded when they log on to any other PC on our network.

Is there a registry setting I can set on that Paticular PC ?

Running NT4.0 SP5 on Server
Running NT4.0 SP3 or SP5 on Workstation
