Roaming profiles on Windows 98

I have a Windows 2000 Server with AD enabled. I want some PC with Windows 98 log on using the accounts on the Server. Some users has mandatory and other roaming profiles.
My question is: The roaming profiles and the mandatory profiles what effect has on Windows 98?
If a roaming profile has “My documents” folder on the Server, It’s possible on Windows 98 that this user have his documents on the Server?
I want more details about how configure WIN98 for accept “My documents” folder of each user, roaming profiles …
