Roaming Profiles update issue.

When ever there is a file that has it’s attributes set to Read Only in the cached local profile, the user gets an error that access is denied and the profile couldn’t be updated. If I change any GPO it creates a local .pol file that has the Read Only attribute set, which will give me that error. And then the profile and policy never get updated for the user.
