Robocom suitability for System and Programs backup

My setup uses Win 7 and runs on Intel i7 Is robocom suitable for copying System and program files from internal SDD C: drive to a dedicated empty external HDD as an F: drive?. I wish to backup all that is on C, on, say, a once per month schedule.
All data is kept on/ and worked from an external E: drive and backed up daily to an external G drive. I wish to keep all the system files and program files on an external F: drive . If robocom is ok, then what is the best syntax? i shall be most grateful for whatever help you may care to give. Dennis B Melbourne Aus
