Rolling out software upgrades

Hello,
I need to upgrade to service pack 6 and IE5 on 200 nt pc’s on our network. Without having to go around to each pc to install them can anyone tell me a way of automatically installing these products over the network. The network is an nt 4.0 one using workstation as the clients. I do not have access to the nt resource kit.
