Routing and Remote Access

I upgraded to XP and removed my AOL software and now I am receiving the following entry in my Event Log.

ID:20103 Unable to load c:\winnt\system32\iprtrmgr.dll.

I can no longer use any dialups, but my network connections work fine. I cannotstart the Routing and Remote Access in Services manually either.

Any help is appreciated.
