Routing on a multihomed win2k server?

I have a win2k server with 2 interfaces that are successfully connected to 2 different networks. Routing and remote access is enabled but packets from my win2k workstations cannot route through the server to the other network….I am stumped. I can ping the card in the server that connects successfully to the other network but cannot ping through the card to anything on that network.
