Routing & Remote Access Problems

I am having problems setting up my routing and remote access. I keep getting the following error:

Routing & Remote Access cannot verify that the default Remote Access Policy matches the setting on the server.
The following error occurred:

Thedefault Remote Access Policy could not be found.

Then it goes on to say:

Installation of the Routing & Remote Access service failed because:
The system cannot find the file specified.
(80070002)

Help!!!!
